Important: The tracking area on this website is currently informational and is not connected to a live carrier tracking system. Delivery status should be confirmed directly with West Trailers Group until live tracking is connected.

What an update may include

Depending on the stage of the order, an update may cover order confirmation, product allocation, preparation, dispatch planning, carrier coordination or delivery scheduling. Estimated dates can change when inventory, transportation, weather or site access changes.

Delivery-day preparation

Keep the delivery contact available and make sure the site remains accessible. If access changes after ordering, notify the team before dispatch.
