Cancel Your Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact West Trailers Group as soon as possible. Cancellation may become more difficult once a container has been allocated, modified, loaded, dispatched or delivered.

How to request cancellation

1. Email [email protected].
2. Include your full name, order/invoice number and product ordered.
3. State clearly that you are requesting cancellation.
4. Wait for written confirmation before assuming the order has been cancelled.

Charges and refunds

Any cancellation charges or refund amount depend on the order stage, costs already incurred, product condition and the purchase terms that apply. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a full refund.

Before cancelling

If the container has already been customized, allocated specifically for the order, loaded or dispatched, additional costs or restrictions may apply. Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation outcome.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, the timing and method depend on the original payment method, any applicable deductions and the final order terms.
