DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery arrangements depend on the selected container, destination, site conditions, carrier availability and the delivery method available for the order.

Before delivery

• Confirm the delivery address and contact person.
• Ensure the access road and entrance can accommodate the delivery vehicle.
• Check overhead clearance, gates, turning space and nearby obstacles.
• Prepare a stable placement area for the container.
• Tell us about restricted access, slopes, soft ground or other site conditions before dispatch.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery dates can change because of inventory availability, transportation conditions, weather, access restrictions or carrier scheduling. A delivery date should be treated as confirmed only when West Trailers Group confirms it.

Delivery and unloading

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. Any special unloading equipment or site services should be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery inspection

Customers should inspect the container at delivery and note visible damage or discrepancies promptly. Photographs can be useful when reporting a delivery issue.

Access and special conditions

Tell West Trailers Group before dispatch about narrow roads, gates, steep grades, soft ground, overhead wires, restricted hours or any other condition that may affect safe delivery. Special equipment or services should be agreed before dispatch.

Delivery responsibility

Unless a different written arrangement applies, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and a safe, suitable placement area.
