PRODUCT COVERAGE
Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage, when offered, depends on the specific product, condition, manufacturer or supplier terms and the purchase agreement.
Before purchase
Ask for the warranty terms that apply to the exact container you are considering. Confirm what is covered, the coverage period, exclusions and the process for making a claim.
Potential exclusions
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidents, improper placement, neglect, normal wear or conditions outside the agreed coverage.
Making a warranty request
- Provide the order or invoice number.
- Describe the issue and when it was discovered.
- Provide clear photographs or other requested evidence.
- Do not carry out major repairs or modifications before receiving instructions where doing so could affect the claim.
No warranty should be assumed unless it is expressly confirmed for the particular product or order.
Inspection on delivery
Inspect the container promptly on arrival. If you believe it does not match the confirmed order or has verified delivery-related damage, contact West Trailers Group promptly with photographs and order information.
Warranty limitations
Unless the written warranty says otherwise, coverage may exclude normal cosmetic wear on used containers, damage after delivery, customer modifications, improper installation or use, accidents, severe weather, misuse, normal aging and rust consistent with the purchased condition.
